Eli

 In the middle of December the boys had to say goodbye to their childhood dog Eli. We got Eli before Brayden was born and he lived at Ian's the last few years. He's made his way over the golden bridge. We'll see you on the other side buddy!

State Race Number 1 - St. Cloud

 So I am so behind on blogging and I need to catch up. It's the one way that we all can look back and remember all the things we've been doing through life. So today I catch up, I just have to start to go all the way back to November and of course it starts with a State Race!

This time it brought us to St. Cloud BMX. Leading up to this track we had been going to Coach Kevin's clinics on Thursdays to get us ready for our first expert state race. This was also our first state race that we brought the camper. And oh was it so nice to have the camper right there at the track. Made for easy mornings of letting Bransen practice, quick lunches, gave Ben a place to relax at, we escaped the heat and best of us we camped right next to friends and made a load of memories!!

Racing! Well it was our first expert race. Most riders were still in clips and it's just a hard class. We didn't make mains either day. Sunday racing was definitely better than Saturday (moves wise) and he learned alot off and on the track!

Day at SeaWorld

 Before the first state series of the season we got to spend the day with friends at SeaWorld! This was our first time back at the park since Covid so we were masked up and ready to have fun!! My boys weren't too fond of trying out the rollercoasters but I was able to ride one. And Bransen finally tried out Journey to Atlantis before we left only to get freaked out at the end part with the dark rollercoaster.  It was the perfect way to start off a weekend of racing. 

Basketball

 Sometimes you just want to try out something new and that's what Bransen did. Basketball has become part of our lives the past few weeks. He's really enjoying the new sport and he's actually pretty good. He's playing with the Prospects with a friend in the the neighborhood. They've had a few games so far and are undefeated!

Paiselee's 4th Birthday

 It's always fun to celebrate a friend turning a year older but it's even more fun when you get to celebrate while bowling!!

We had a great time celebrating Paislee turning four. The boys got to bowl with many of their friends, eat cake and share a lot of laughs!!

Your Vote Counts

 November 3rd, 2020 our family went down to the polling stations and exercised our right to vote. We are teaching the boys early on the importance of exercising your right to vote and the changes that it can do to our country.

Halloween 2020

 Starting this blog post I realized I didn't get many pictures this halloween! We raced at Daytona to start out the day. Brayden ended up spending the weekend at his friends and we ended up going trick or treating with friends throughout the neighbor. We drove around and the boys jumped out until it started raining. Unfortunately with covid our regular Halloween neighborhood was shut down. Houses in our neighborhood were far and in between but we still ended up with a lot of candy!
